The Codeworx Technologies Pvt Ltd, incorporated in March 2004, focuses on serving business information and information technology needs in the Internet age. From the project stage in 2004 the promoters focused on the needs of the corporate sector, and geared the organisation to cater to large, quality-conscious corporate organisations.
In each of its areas of operation, Codeworx Technologies has tried and tested products and skills. The company has four main divisions (plus a few more-in-the-making). There are strong synergies between the divisions, where the competencies required for successful operations are leveraged across the organisation. The company has also used in-house training and multi-tasking to handle a much larger volume of work than would otherwise be possible to handle for an organisation its size.

We work informally, as a flat organisation in which every member of the staff has a right to an opinion that may turn out to be more correct than that of the managing director, and in which compartments dissolve into project teams.
The Codeworx Technologies Pvt Ltd believes in doing business the ethical way. Some well-wishers have asked us why we don't become more "pragmatic" and build our revenues by hook or by crook. We'd rather be small.
We believe in pushing the envelope in everything we do. We aim to be one of the best companies in the world in each of our areas of operation. The only limits we acknowledge are ethics and legality.

We believe that we should take up client assignments only if we can deliver quality. We would rather not take up an assignment than compromise on this.
We have also refused to bid for projects whenever we felt that we did not have the capabilities to deliver or to deliver on time.
